Ski Chamois is a long-established independent company specialising in ski holidays to our catered chalet on the slopes above Morzine in the French Alps. At Ski Chamois we prefer staff to be over 21, but we have had people younger in the past, we also prefer to employ non-smokers. All nationalities are accepted.
At Ski Chamois we require a Head chalet person/manager to oversee the smooth running of the chalet/staff.
At Ski Chamois we are looking for a trained enthusiastic Head Chef to work in our jumbo chalet, Hotel les Chamois which is above Morzine in the vast Portes du Soleil ski area . The Chalet accommodates 48 people. Service includes breakfast, afternoon tea, three course evening meal.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the smooth running of the kitchen, ordering supplies, keeping within budgets and ensuring that our high standards are maintained. You will be catering for up to 48 clients and meals must be presented to a high standard.
At Ski Chamois are looking for 2 trained enthusiastic Assistant Chefs to work in our jumbo chalet, Hotel les Chamois which is above Morzine in the vast Porte du Soleil ski area. Chalet accommodates 48 people. Service includes breakfast, afternoon tea, three course evening meal.
Your responsibilities will include assisting the Head Chef, food preparation, deserts and pastries and working the lunchtime BBQ You will be catering for up to 48 clients and meals must be presented to a high standard.
At Ski Chamois we are looking to recruit 2 French speaking chalet girl/boys to work in our jumbo catered chalet which is above Morzine in the vast Portes du Soleil ski area (sleeps 48)
We require enthusiastic people to work as part of a team and to be able to work on own initiative. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their holiday, duties include serving breakfast & dinner, covering the busy lunchtime terrace, cleaning rooms and communal areas and liasing with suppliers when necessary..
We offer shared accommodation, food, local area season lift pass, medical insurance and transport to resort from UK.
